Situated in the heart of Adel on the site of the old doctor’s surgery which is now known as Adel health, is our purpose built studio which has been created to offer a holistic approach to your wellbeing. We understand that everyone wants to look and feel their best but sometimes achieving this can feel very daunting and the pathway can seem unclear.
